TMJ Massage

TMJ (temporo-mandibular joint) massage occurs both externally in the area around your jaw and internally inside the mouth, treating small muscles that control your jaw.
Most people hold stress in the jaw and face. The jaw has many nerves leading directly to areas of the brain that control the tension in the entire physical body. Thus, tension in the jaw negatively affects your whole being.
Via TMJ work, clients enjoy a release of long-term stored tension that will help the whole body relax. The therapist wears latex gloves while performing the work inside the mouth.
It is very intense, but fairly quick and well worth it.
